The essentials
By using clckit, you agree to these terms and to the clckit pact. clckit is published by Michoozon Inc., 2440 Watercolours Way, Ottawa (Ontario) K2J 7A9, Canada.
Who can use clckit
You must be 18 or older, a real person, and have only one account. No accounts on behalf of someone else.
The clckit pact
- Consent is a clear yes, and anyone can change their mind.
- Zero ghosting: reply or end things kindly.
- Respect the other person's boundaries and feelings.
- Meet safely, in a public place.
What's not allowed
- Nudity, sexual content, blood or violence, in photos or messages.
- Harassment, insults, threats, hate speech.
- Asking for money, scams, advertising or solicitation.
- Impersonation, photos that aren't you.
- Anyone under 18.
We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. Reporting and blocking take two taps.
clckit+
On the free plan, you can start one new conversation a day with a match; replying to someone who wrote to you is always free. clckit+ lets you start as many as you want, see who liked or clocked you, removes ads and gives you 10 Clockits a day.
Subscriptions are sold through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown in the app. They renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's rules.
Your safety
clckit does not run background checks. Meet in a public place, tell someone you trust (the app helps), and trust your gut. If you are in danger, call 911.
Liability
clckit is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Michoozon Inc. is not responsible for members' behaviour, online or offline.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada, without removing any protection your province's or state's law gives you.
